New PyKCS11 1.3.0 available

I just released a new version of PyKCS11, a Python wrapper above the PKCS#11 API.

The changelog is short:

• add Python3 support

After some efforts I also uploaded the package python3-pykcs11 to Debian. It is my first Python3 package.
